Coaching Positions Available

The Coburg Cricket Club is currently seeking applicants for their Senior  coaching roles. Senior Ladies and Men's roles available

Coburg Cricket Club has a long history at Subdistrict  and VWCA levels and and has enjoyed significant success. It is a diverse and yet cohesive club with 3 distinct elements. Senior Mens, Senior Ladies and Juniors. Currently our senior mens playing list have significant up and coming junior talent that the club is looking to harness and put our club in a very strong position for the future. The successful senior coach either playing or non playing would assist us in realizing this vision and also be very focussed on practical strategies for immediate seasons.

Qualification Required

Level 2 coach (minimum)

Current working with children Check

Professional Coaching Attributes

Significant experience

Proven leadership ability

Excellent communication applicable for all ages and cricket standards

Ability to set clear objectives and outcomes for current and future seasons.

Willingness to self assess and be given feedback from executive committee throughout the tenure

Ability to instill a training ethic in our younger contingent and lead by example

Personal Qualities

Motivated and discipled  both on and off the field

Willingness to participate in club activities and have a presence at the club

Team focussed 

Remuneration negotiable with successful applicant.
